Video Recording Consent

This Good Comedy may take photographs and make video or audio recordings at live performances and related events. Recording may cover the stage, audience seating, and shared event areas. We may use this material for event records, our website, social media, and promotion.

We will aim to provide notice of recording in event information or at the venue. If you have questions about appearing in recordings, speak with staff before entering.

By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, you acknowledge that photography and recording may take place and that your image, voice, or likeness may appear in event records or background footage. We will use identifiable images or recordings of individuals on This Good Comedy's website, social media, or promotional materials only to the extent permitted by applicable law and with any consent that is required.

No additional compensation is provided for material used with your permission. If we wish to feature you in a close-up, interview, or dedicated promotional content, we will discuss the specific use and obtain any necessary authorization.

Event photographs and recordings may be used for recaps and promotion on social media, including WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram; event displays on our website; printed or digital promotional materials; and recording, editing, and archiving performances.

Unless expressly permitted by the event organizer, audience members may not make audio or video recordings of performers' acts. Photography is generally allowed, but please do not use flash or disrupt performers or other attendees.

Unauthorized recording or sharing of performances may implicate copyright and performers' rights. Please respect the creators' work and the rules announced at the event.

If you do not wish to appear in our photographs or recordings, tell event staff before the show or when you arrive. We will do our best to coordinate camera placement and seating.
