This site provides information about This Good Comedy events, our community, and related activities. Text, photographs, illustrations, designs, and other site content are owned by This Good Comedy or used with permission.

Audience members may not make audio or video recordings of performances. Comedy material is often still being developed, and unauthorized sharing of performance clips can affect a performer's work. Photography is welcome unless a particular event or venue says otherwise.

If you do not wish to be filmed or included in promotional materials, please contact our staff before the event or upon arrival. Members of This Good Comedy's WeChat audience groups should communicate respectfully. Advertising and promotional posts are not permitted, and discussions should remain relevant to This Good Comedy, its shows, and community activities.

Members who violate these rules may be removed from a group.

Live events involve inherent risks, including crowds, venue conditions, sound and lighting effects, and interactions with other attendees. You choose to attend and accept these ordinary risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, This Good Comedy's total liability for claims relating to this site, tickets, or an event will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including travel, lodging, lost work, or missed plans.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
