Our current site provides show details, venue information, volunteer opportunities, and ways to reach us. It does not offer on-site accounts or checkout. Ticket purchases take place on Eventbrite or the third-party platform named for an event.

If you contact us by email, our WeChat helper, or our social media accounts, we receive the name or nickname, contact details, and message you choose to provide. If you ask about performing or volunteering, you may also share experience, portfolio links, or other application details. We use this information to reply, communicate, and coordinate the relevant activity.

Please do not send payment card details, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information through public comments or group chats.

When you use a ticket button on this site, you leave our website for Eventbrite or the ticketing platform specified for that event. That platform collects order and payment information under its own privacy policy. As an event organizer, we may access attendee names, email addresses, ticket types, order status, and check-in information through the organizer tools to confirm orders, manage admission, and resolve event-related issues.

This website does not directly collect or store payment card numbers. If a partner independently sells tickets for an event, please also review that partner's and its ticketing platform's privacy policies.

Our current website has no first-party user accounts, visitor-identifying click tracker, session identifier, or marketing cookies. Firebase Hosting serves the site and may process technical request information, such as IP address, device, and browser details, to deliver pages and maintain security.

The site uses Google Fonts and embeds Google Maps in the venue section. Your browser contacts Google directly to load these resources, and Google may process related technical information under its privacy policy. When you follow a link to Eventbrite, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, or another external site, that service's rules apply.

We use information we receive to respond to inquiries, coordinate shows and volunteer participation, verify admission, resolve event-related issues, and protect the safety of the site and our activities when necessary. We do not use information you provide for unrelated marketing or sell personal information.

We share only the information needed to carry out the purposes above with the team members, on-site staff, or partners responsible for an event—for example, an admission list. Hosting and ticketing providers also process information as part of their own services.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect people and event safety. Please consult each third-party platform's privacy policy for information it handles independently.

We keep information received directly only for as long as needed for communication, applications, event operations, and applicable legal obligations. Ticket records may be retained by the ticketing platform and by us as needed for event administration, accounting, or legal requirements.

This website does not maintain its own visitor-behavior log database. Technical request information processed by our hosting provider is retained under that provider's applicable policies. Contact us to ask about information we hold directly or to request deletion; records that must be kept by law may not be removable immediately.
